What should I do when reeds are broken or out of tune?
Just buy a new set of reeds and mount them in place of old, or you can send us your harmonica, we do it for you. Transport costs and new plates are at your expense.

Can I fit any model reed plate?
No, only Golden Melody ® reedplates by Hohner ® can be fitted to our diatonic harmonicas.
Concerning chromatic models, our top covers fit only Hohner chromatic harmonicas ®.

What is the lifespan of these harmonicas?
Our harmonicas are manufactured in wood and materials that do not rot, which gives them an almost indefinite lifespan, as long as they are not dropped, or suffer premature wear due to bad teeth…

Can I change the key of my reed plates?
Technically it is quite possible. However, we advise you not to change to a key too low, it could alter the characteristics of your harmonica sound.

What is the waiting time for delivery?
For diatonic models, Series 1 and 2, the period is approximately three weeks.
For chromatics, the period is about six weeks.
For special series, the period is three to twelve weeks, depending on the materials used.
